sivan8224: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is not registered in India under any Act as a society, trust, NGO, cultural organization, or political party. Then how is the Sangh Parivar able to claim ownership over the name “RSS”?
Moreover, the same Sangh Parivar that contemptuously dismisses foreign languages and foreign education as a “colonial mindset” uses the English abbreviation “RSS” (Roman letters) as the shortened form of “Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh”. This is nothing but hypocrisy and goes completely against their own proclaimed principles.
If the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh truly gives importance to ideology and values, it should use an abbreviation in an Indian language such as रा.स्व.स (Ra.Swa.Sa) instead of the English “RSS”.
