First, let them get the organisation properly registered under Indian law—whether as a political party, an NGO, or a cultural organisation, or anything else. Only after that should they be allowed to claim any exclusive rights over the name.
If I had the authority, I would allow the first applicant—anyone who applies first—to register the name “RSS”, even if they want to use it for a public toilet or a slaughterhouse.
